Committee of Women Coffee Growers of Bolivia
Women strengthening Bolivian coffee farming
A body dedicated to fostering trust
The FECAFEB women's committee is a space for participation, organization, and leadership for Bolivia's women coffee growers. We work for the recognition of our contribution to the coffee supply chain and for the strengthening of our capacities to contribute to the development of our families, organizations, and communities.
Empower women and young female leaders in the coffee sector, ensuring their visibility and strengthening their leadership roles within the value chain through training courses on microfinance and the management of coffee-exporting organizations, among others.
- Sisterhood — mutual support among the grassroots
- Transparency — clear and accessible information
- Cooperation — working together for common goals
